I specialise in working with individuals to identify, pursue and achieve the life of your dreams, increasing confidence and self-belief on the way. I have a passion for empowering my clients by working gently and non-judgmentally. By pinpointing any obstacles that may be getting in the way of your goals, I tailor make the work that I do to the needs and wishes of each individual client, allowing you to take new skills and perspectives into a brighter future in tune with your real desires.

What it means for you, as a client

Coaching clients experience a sense of partnership and support in achieving their personal goals that is often not available elsewhere in their lives. Regular coaching sessions provide you with dedicated time to focus on what you truly want and what must happen to create it. I help you design action steps to meet your goals, then hold you accountable to your own stated desires, providing perspective, feedback, and smart questions along the way. As a result, you stay motivated, make significant changes, and achieve more than you may previously have thought possible.

 

Research carried out by the American Society for Training and Development concluded that the likelihood of achieving a goal were effected by the following actions:

 If you

  • Hear an idea there is a 10% probability you will complete your goal
  • Consciously decide to adopt an idea there is a 25% chance you will complete your goal
  • Decide when you will do it, then the probability rises to 40%
  • Plan how to do it then there is a probability of 50% you will complete your goal.
  • Commit to someone else, chances raise to 65%
  • Have a specific accountability “appointment” with someone, there is a 95% likelihood you will attain your goal.

 

Coaching is a supportive relationship with a trained professional that enhances your ability to learn, make desired changes, solve problems, and achieve goals. I work with my private clients individually generally by telephone, typically in a series of regularly scheduled sessions providing that accountability “appointment” that has been found to work so well.

 

The common theme for all my clients is that they are all wanting to increase their confidence and self-belief in order to make what they want become a reality. Reasons people have given for first contacting me are:

  • Life transition - new career, job, relationship, moving to a new area/country, health etc

  • Wanting support to take action to make a transition

  • Knowing that there is more but not sure where to begin

  • Wanting an easier way to move forward and away from where they are now

 Coaching programs 

I do offer more than one option for those interested in coaching with me.

The monthly gentle transformation package

The 6 week short burst package

A breakthrough session

 

For those wanting continual support and improvement there is the monthly gentle transformation package.

Prior to our first session I will send you your welcome pack, which has been designed to focus you upon precisely what it is you want. Our initial session takes that information and in a phone call lasting up to 90 minutes clarifies where you want to head and identifying anything that may be getting in your way.

After that first session your coaching takes the form of weekly telephone calls of up to 45 minutes to ensure that you keep moving in the direction that you want to head in, with your confidence and self belief along the way.

As part of my monthly package all my clients have the option for one face to face session for those occasions when you feel that you just need that extra boost (either in Manchester/ South Cheshire (UK) or Central London (UK))

The monthly investment of this is £500 per month 

or save £100 and pay per quarter for £1400 

(This package is for a minimum of 3 months)

For those wanting a short burst for a specific area of your life there is the 6 week program.

This program begins prior to our first session when I send you some a pack designed to focus you on what you specifically want. Our initial phone call builds upon that information and identifies what could be getting in your way. After the first session this package includes weekly phone calls lasting up to 45 min, working with you to take the steps you want to take towards your goal.

The price for this package is £775. (It is possible to easily transfer to the monthly package with the price adjusted to account for existing payment)

For people wanting just one breakthrough session

Prior to the session you will be sent your own version of a welcome pack which will aid you to clarify what you want to get out of the session.

The session itself will last on average 90 – 120 minutes and is ideal for those who are wanting to find a new perspective and the next steps in a particular situation. Sometimes individuals request follow up support. In this situation I happily transfer people across to the monthly package or the 6 week program and you just pay the difference.

 

This option can be taken either via the phone with a total investment of £200 or face to face either in Manchester/ South Cheshire (UK) or Central London (UK) at a total cost of £275.
