What I do & What happens The aim in all my work is too encourage, inspire and nurture - the one to one sessions allow me to tailor make the work that we do to what fits you best. It means that the pace and techniques depends upon what is right and works for you. When I do one to one sessions I work with the individual to tailor make the session to the person in front of me (or on the other end of the phone.) Every single person has a unique set of skills, experience and background. You also have your own unique way of viewing the world and any patterns of thought connected to that. I'll work with you and everything you bring to the table to find the ways that work for you best. The actual content of the session and how we approach that will depend upon you and what you want. Sometimes I may take you through a specific technique, visulisation or exercise. Other times I may just ask questions - questions that are designed to get you to think about something in a new way. After all if it was the questions that you were already asking yourself on a topic you would already have moved :) Most of my work is done via the phone which makes it setting up a time for our session really easy - There is no having to take transport into consideration of your schedule and trying to co-ordinate both of us being in the same place at the same time. I know this may seem weird before you try working like this however, most people are surprised how easy it is to work that way. Depending upon the package you choose there can be the option of face to face sessions. Generally these take place in set locations within the UK (normally London or South Manchester / Cheshire), however if my travel takes me to another area closer to you I would be willing to consider other locations. Ready to Begin? Click to return to top of the page When? At a time that is mutually convenient to both our schedules we book a session, generally lasting 45 minutes. I only have so many session slots a week but I have got a variety of times that will suite regardless of your working/home schedule or time zone. The purpose of our work is to focus on you so you can get the results that you want so I suggest that we set a time when you can comfortably talk freely without distractions. When we first begin working together the initial calls may be longer (the initial call is normally a double session), this allows us to identify exactly what it is you really want and what's getting in your way of getting that. The purpose of our wok together is so that you move forward so in between sessions in is highly likely that you will be voluntarily choosing to carry on what we have discussed and worked upon during our last call. All my one to one clients are encouraged to keep me updated in between our calls if they want to - so my input is available when you want to use it outside of our calls. How long we work together is up to you and the package that appeals the most. This gives us the flexibility to truly mold our work to you and your situation. Some people like to work long term and that is in keeping with what they are wanting to achieve, others just want a short burst of 6 weeks. Occasionally some just want an in depth one off session. I have no other agenda or personal involvement other than to act as a catalyst for you. Regular sessions provide you with dedicated time to focus on what you truly want and what must happen to create it. I help you design action steps to meet your goals, then hold you accountable to your own stated desires, providing perspective, feedback, and smart questions along the way. As a result, you stay motivated, make significant changes, and achieve more than you may previously have thought possible. Research carried out by the American Society for Training and Development concluded that the likelihood of achieving a goal were effected by the following actions: If you Hear an idea there is a 10% probability you will complete your goal Consciously decide to adopt an idea there is a 25% chance you will complete your goal Decide when you will do it, then the probability rises to 40% Plan how to do it then there is a probability of 50% you will complete your goal. Commit to someone else, chances raise to 65% Have a specific accountability “appointment” with someone, there is a 95% likelihood you will attain your goal. Your work with me offers you a supportive relationship with a trained professional that enhances your ability to learn, make desired changes, solve problems, and achieve goals. I'll work with you individually generally by telephone, typically in a series of regularly scheduled sessions providing that accountability “appointment” that has been found to work so well. Our initial session takes that information and in a phone call lasting up to 90 minutes clarifies where you want to head and identifying anything that may be getting in your way. After that first call you sessions take the form of weekly telephone calls of up to 45 minutes to ensure that you keep moving in the direction that you want to head in, with your confidence and self belief along the way. As part of my monthly package all my clients have the option for one face to face session for those occasions when you feel that you just need that extra boost (either in Manchester/ South Cheshire (UK) or Central London (UK)) The monthly investment of this is £500 per month or save £100 and pay per quarter for £1400 (This package is for a minimum of 3 months) Ready to Begin?
