• This is the package that not only will teach you tricks and techniques for you to get an instant burst of confidence, it will also take you gently by the hand and guide you to a state where you feel comfortable in your own skin.

    Our work together begins prior to our first session when you receive your welcome pack. This pack contains various questions, exercises and stories all designed to get you really focused upon what it is that you want to achieve. You will also receive a copy of my Self Belief CD produced as part of the Coach Collection series.

    Our first session – an in-depth 90 min call, uses your answers from your welcome pack to identify the specifics of the obstacles that are in your way and agreeing how you want to move forward.

    This is a package that is about sustainability, which is why I offer this as a quarterly package. This allows you to work at the pace and speed that is just right for you to develop and practice the things that we discuss.

    Everyone I work with is unique and I tailor every package to the individual. I want to find the techniques and methods that work best for you. This means that you have the choice of using as much or as little of the following options:

    • · Up to 4 x 45 minute phone sessions a month.

    Some people love having a weekly check in to discuss where they are, the challenges and opportunities they are facing and anything else that they would love to have some time and space to work out. They find that for them it is much easier to take the steps they want to take if they have really regular support. Others, find that what works better for them is to talk every other week as they prefer to have longer to work on what we discussed in the last call. The important thing is that we find the way that works for you; I’m far more interested in getting you the results that you want as easily as possible as opposed to sticking to one set method for everyone I work with.

    • · The option of 1 x 2 hour face to face time once a month (in Central London/ Cheshire or Manchester – other areas available dependent upon my travelling schedule)

    I know that you may be reading this and thinking that “the last thing I want to do is meet face to face.” Or you may be thinking that you really would dearly love to work with me that way. Just like with the phone calls above, the face-to-face option is there for you to take up if that is what you want. I will totally respect how you want to work either way. I may use certain techniques differently face to face as opposed to over the phone but in my opinion neither is better then the other – it’s about your preference. Just let me know your wishes when we start working together and we can then co-ordinate diaries.

    This package is more then just the time we spend together on the phone and face-to-face. Also included is:

    • The option to participate in 12 Action Day’s

    Once a week, you have the chance to participate in as many ”action calls” as you wish over a 10 hour period. An action call, as the name suggests, focuses upon action. I know that you are considering this package for a reason, and that reason is likely to involve you (at some stage) taking some form of action. I also know that you may appreciate extra support to make that as easy as possible.

    The phone calls are deliberatly only a few minutes in length to maximise the time you can spend taking action and provide you with extra support and motivation along the way. The invite to commit to a specific task can be incredibly powerful for aiding your focus. Not only do you get my support on these calls but there is also the possibility that others on this package will choose to play and add an extra dimension to that days support.

    • A Daily quote emailed straight to your inbox

    One of the things we may be working on together is replacing old unconfident habits with new ones. This is much easier if you have a regular reminder to do the new behaviour instead – until one day it becomes automatic to do the new thing with no thought at all. This email gives you the choice of using it as a discreet and regular reminder of what it is you want. It also has the added bonus that these are all thought provoking and inspiring quotes in their own rights.

    • Unlimited email support

    If there is something you want to share with me or ask me before our next scheduled session, I encourage you to email me if you want to. You will have your own personalised email code that will prioritise your message above any other emails I receive.

    All this, for just £850 per month (minimum of 3 months commitment)
